教材分析
What
本课时围绕印度文化习俗展开,包含2a文化常识判断、2b-2c听力训练、2d口语输出,核心是印度礼仪、饮食、生活习俗。
Why
通过印度文化学习,帮助学生理解文化差异,培养跨文化意识,落实单元“跨文化交际”的主题意义。
How
以“文化常识铺垫→听力输入→口语输出”的逻辑,用听说结合的方式,循序渐进落实语言与文化目标。
学情分析
作为八年级学生,已具备5年英语学习基础,有一定听说能力,习惯用简单句,但对印度文化认知较少;易混淆ed/ing结尾的形容词,对本单元要学习的状语从句虽说不陌生但肯定掌握不熟练,本单元主题页聚集跨国文化,第一课时的累积有英美日法韩几个国家见面问候的方式,所以对跨文化话题-印度习俗的了解会有浓厚兴趣,适合通过情境化、任务化活动开展学习。
课时目标
通过本课时的学习学生将能够:
1.激活有关印度文化的背景知识,了解印度的问候礼仪、饮食、生活习俗,理解文化差异,尊重多元文化。
2.听懂、认读、运用印度文化相关的词汇(如curry,Namaste,uncommon等)并识别对话情境出现的顺序。
3. 捕捉听力文本中有关问候、饮食、生活习俗等关键细节信息,用以将句子补充完整。
4. 模仿对话,并基于对话内容向首次前往印度的朋友简单介绍当地习俗和注意事项。
