Mr. Green: Tracy, we’re going to send these machines and documents to our customers this week. Please find a qualified logistics company.
Tracy: Sure, Mr Green. What are the destinations
Mr. Green: Let me see. All together there are 10 destinations. Machines go to cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Moscow and London. Documents are to be sent to cities including Chengdu, Wuxi, Suzhou, New York and Boston.
Tracy: I see. Both domestic and international cities are covered. Are there any other requirements
Mr. Green: Yes. The goods must be received by our customers personally.
Tracy: OK. They should be signed personally.
Mr. Green: The goods must have secure packaging. And the transit time should be as short as possible.
Tracy: Sure. The sooner, the better. Anything else

Secondly,as most of our destinations are domestic cities,for both machines and files,the total transit time by Company A is shorter.Inaddition,the price is cheaper,which meets the cost requirement.In conclusion,I think Company A is more suitable.
