Summary:
The book describes a series of adventures of Tom Sawyer and his friends.
From talking his friends into doing chores for him to finding treasure,
from playing on a faraway island to running away from bad people, Tom is
always off on an exciting adventure.
My opinion:
I really enjoy this book because it is both exciting and funny. I love the
character Tom best, He is fun-loving and brave, though he often gets into
trouble. The story tells us to face the results of bad choices as well as to
fight for what is right.

Summary:
The book tells about the little prince’s travel between different planets. He meets a lot of strange people there, like a king who thinks he rule the whole universe. Later, he come to Earth and make friends with the fox, who gives him important lessons about connection.
My opinion:
I really like this book because it is full of warm and wisdom. I think the fox is the most meaningful character—he teaches the little prince what “tamed” means. The story makes me think about the true value of friendship and love, though the ending feels a little sad.

Lu Xun (1881-1936) is considered to be one of the greatest Chinese writers. In 1918, he published a short story called “Diary of a Madman”. It is a classic of modern Chinese literature. Find out more about Lu Xun and his works and share your findings with your classmates.
