Title: The Little Prince
Writer: Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Type: Fiction
When to start: 20 September
When to finish: 5 October
Main characters:
The Little Prince, a curious boy
Fox, the friend of his Rose, a proud flower that the little prince care about
Summary:
The book tells about the little prince’s travel between different planets. He meets a lot of strange people there, like a king who thinks he rule the whole universe. Later, he come to Earth and make friends with the fox, who gives him important lessons about connection.
My opinion:
I really like this book because it is full of warm and wisdom. I think the fox is the most meaningful character—he teaches the little prince what “tamed” means. The story makes me think about the true value of friendship and love, though the ending feels a little sad.
