Be aware of when you’re feeling pressured. Ask yourself: “Am I doing this because I want to, or because others expect me to ” Trust your values and beliefs. It’s okay to say “No” if something doesn’t feel right.
Many teens have experienced peer pressure. They sometimes do a thing just because they don’t want to be left out. Sometimes peer pressure can be good. But it can also make you feel bad for being different from your friends.

Talk about what you have learnt about dealing with peer pressure in this section.
From this section, I’ve learnt several ways to deal with peer pressure: Believing in yourself and your values makes it easier to say no. Confidence helps you resist pressure without feeling guilty. Surrounding yourself with friends who respect your choices makes it easier to avoid negative peer pressure. True friends won’t pressure you into things you’re uncomfortable with.
True strength grows when we lift each other up, not when we push others down.
