重点:时间/条件状语从句的“主将从现”;让步状语从句的倒装(as);难点:状语从句的省略、because与for的区别、结果状语从句与目的状语从句的区分。
第一课时 · 诊断与核心规则

1. I will call you ________ I arrive in Beijing. (when/while/as soon as)
2. ________ it rains tomorrow, we will cancel the picnic. (If/Unless)

预设错误及对策: 第1题可能错用while → 强调“瞬间动词用when/as soon as,while后接延续性动词”;第2题可能错用Unless → 强调“Unless = if not,此处需要条件”;第3题可能错用Because → 强调“转折关系用although/though”。

考点1:时间状语从句——主将从现(高考必考)
【高考真题】If we work hard, we will achieve our goals. (2023全国甲卷)
【规则】when, as soon as, until, before, after, if, unless等引导的时间/条件状语从句,主句将来时,从句用一般现在时。瞬间动词用when/as soon as,延续性动词用while。
考点2:条件状语从句——unless与if not的互换
【高考真题】You won’t succeed unless you work hard. = You won’t succeed if you don’t work hard.
【规则】unless = if not,但语气更强。
考点3:让步状语从句——as倒装(难点)
【高考真题】Child as he is, he knows a lot. (2022新高考Ⅱ卷)
【规则】as引导让步状语从句时,需倒装:名词/形容词/副词/动词 + as + 主语 + 其他。although/though不能与but连用。
考点4:状语从句的省略(高频)
【高考真题】When asked about his plan, he kept silent. (2024九省联考)
【规则】当主从句主语一致且从句含有be动词时,可省略主语和be,构成“连词+分词/形容词/介词短语”结构。
考点5:结果状语从句 vs 目的状语从句
结果:so/such...that(无情态动词) 目的:so that/in order that(有情态动词)
高频考点:
1 主将从现:主句将来时,从句一般现在时
2 unless = if not
3 as倒装:形容词/名词/副词 + as + 主语 + 谓语
4 省略:连词 + 分词/形容词/介词短语
5 结果(so/such...that) vs 目的(so that + 情态动词)

错点1:主将从现中的时态混乱
【错误案例】If he will come, I will be happy.(错)→ If he comes, I will be happy.(正)
【原因分析】条件状语从句用一般现在时表将来,不用will。

错点2:as倒装结构不会用
【错误案例】Though he is a child, he knows a lot.(可)→ Child as he is, he knows a lot.(高分句)
【原因分析】as倒装句是写作亮点,但学生不熟悉结构。

错点3:结果状语从句与目的状语从句混淆
【错误案例】He got up early so that he caught the bus.(错)→ He got up early so that he could catch the bus.(正)
【原因分析】so that表目的时,从句有情态动词;表结果时无情态动词。
