1.英语基数词1-20有对应的单词，例如：one, two, three ... twtnty.
2.表达“几十几”需要在“几十”后边加“几”，中间加连字符“-”。
例如：24：twenty-four；45：forty-five ...
3.表达“几百几十几”需要在“几百”后加“几十几”，中间加“and”。
例如：157：one hundred and fifty-seven；482：four hundred and eighty-two ...
4.多位基数词的读法口诀如下：
从右向左三逗(，)排，一逗千(thousand)，二逗百万(million)，三逗就是十亿(billion)，左右三位分开读。
例如： 542,650：fove hundred and forty-two thousand, six hundred and fifty

【 降调 】
在英语中，陈述句通常使用降调，例如：“I like reading storybooks.” 同时，祈使句在表达命令时也用降调，例如：“Sit down and listen carefully.” 此外，感叹句和反义疑问句（确定答案时）也采用降调，例如：“What a beautiful day!”；“You finished your homework, didn’t you ”。
【 升调 】
一般疑问句使用升调，例如：“Do you want to play basketball after class ”对于反义疑问句，如果不确定答案，则用升调反问，例如：“You won’t be late, will you ”
另外，以下情况也需要使用升调：
问候语：Hello, how are you
委婉请求的祈使句：Could you pass me the pen
表示批评或未听清的特殊疑问句：You forgot your textbook again
表达请求、疑问、怀疑或惊讶的陈述句：You really won the game
