With the development of society(社会), people pay more attention to
environmental protection.To find out people's thoughts and ways of
protecting the environment, we asked 400 students in the No.5 High
School about “saving paper”．
Almost everyone agrees that it is important to save paper.However, only more than half of them know that the country's forest resources(资源) are not enough.Even worse, nearly half pay little attention to the situation of China's forest resources.The following two diagrams are about ways to deal with(处理) used paper and reasons for saving paper.

Zhang Meng is a student who has a talent for art.Seeing many people throw away old newspapers and plastics, she decided to use her skills to recycle these materials.Zhang picked up these old things and brought them back to life by turning them into amazing art pieces and decorations(装饰品)．Her actions show that we can make something valuable out of some waste.

Miss Wang, a teacher, loves nature.She started a community garden where she plants trees and flowers.This garden improves the air quality(质量) and gives animals a place to live.Wang also invites children to her garden to teach them about the importance of nature and how to care about it.
