A Teamwork Experience
Last month, our class joined the school relay race. I was a member of the team. We practiced passing the relay baton together every afternoon after class. We divided the work clearly: everyone tried to improve their speed and practiced the baton pass again and again. Finally, we won the first prize.
I learned that teamwork is the key to success. As the old saying goes, many hands make light work. When we work together for the same goal, we can get great results.

It’s true: math is difficult. As a result, a lot of kids have problems learning math at some point in their lives. Use these tips and tricks to solve math problems more easily.
Practice math in everyday situations. Make math part of your daily life so you can practice it naturally. For example, if a sweater that’s usually $38 is on sale for 30% off, what is the sale price

If you come across an easy problem, do it in your mind first before turning to a calculator (计算器).
Review (复习) math concepts every day. Practice makes perfect, and math is no exception. Set a study plan for yourself and try to review your math problems for 15 to 20 minutes per day. Your skills will build up over time, and you don’t need to try too hard!
Teach a math problem or concept to someone else. Learning by teaching someone is a great way to review concepts. Invite a friend or family member. ______ If you can’t move on, review your notes or textbook again until you can explain it clearly.

In today’s world, teamwork is an essential (必备的) skill that helps us achieve our goals. Whether in school, sports or future workplaces, working well with others can make a big difference. But what is teamwork
Teamwork is the ability to work together towards the same goal. It includes communicating, sharing and respecting each other’s ideas. When we work together, we can combine (结合) our advantages and skills to solve problems.
For example, in a school project, each team member may have different abilities. One student may be good at writing while another student may be good at researching. By sharing tasks based on advantages of everyone, the team gets higher quality results. In this way, teamwork improves not only grades but also the learning experience.
In sports, teamwork is the key to success. A soccer team needs players to pass the ball, defend (防守) and score together. If they don’t work together, the team will lose. The members learn to trust and support each other, which helps them build strong relationships on the field.
In addition, teamwork can create a sense of belonging (归属感). When we work with others, we feel connected and valued. This connection can encourage us to do more. It also teaches us important life skills, like solving problems and helping others in trouble.
In a word, teamwork is very important for success in many areas of life. By learning to work together, we can not only achieve our goals but also build meaningful relationships and important skills that will help us in the future. Teamwork can lead us to great achievements!

Selina was a college student. Her mother’s birthday was coming. She wanted to buy her a gift, which would be useful but not expensive. A week before her mother’s birthday, Selina went shopping after lunch. She found a store that was selling all kinds of umbrellas. She decided to buy a black one for her mother because she had lost her umbrella the month before. She thought Mom could carry it when she wears clothes of any color. Finally, she spent her pocket money buying a lovely black umbrella. That evening, on her way home by train, she felt a little hungry because she had such a small lunch. Then she went to the dining car for a sandwich and coffee. However, Selina found the umbrella was missing when she came back, so she told 3 other passengers about the umbrella. After they heard the story, they asked Selina for her mother’s address. They told her that they could send the umbrella to her mother if somebody had taken it by mistake. Then Selina got off at the next station. The next week, Selina heard from her mother. It said, “Thanks for your lovely gift, but why did you send me 3 similar black umbrellas ”

后句“You don’t feel what you are playing”是解释,说明演奏缺乏情感内核,soul“灵魂、情感核心”贴合语义,且与文末相呼应。
Why not后接动词原形,take与advice构成固定搭配take one’s advice“听取某人的建议”,贴合妈妈劝说Liu Wei接受建议的语境。
后句“He imagined the composer’s life and feelings”是延伸,说明要体会音乐背后作曲家的经历,stories“故事”贴合“体会创作背景、融入情感”的要求。
