According to a new research this year, kids who volunteer aren't just helping their community. They might also be helping themselves. It is said that doing volunteer work through school or community groups will do good to the health of kids.

And those who volunteered were 66% more likely to be doing well. Kids aged 12 and older who volunteered were 25% less likely to feel stressed than those who didn't.

For example, more than40% of high school students were reported experiencing feelings of sadness or hopelessness in 2023.One possible way to solve this may be doing volunteer work in the community.
Why volunteering works

In this way, they feel connected to those around them, and it makes them happier and healthier.
