I have a good eating habit. I eat a good breakfast every morning. Breakfast is very important because it gives me energy for the day. I usually have eggs, bread, and milk for breakfast. This helps me stay focused in class.
However, I also have a bad habit. I eat between meals. I eat too many snacks or sweet things. They are not healthy because eating too many snacks is bad for my health, but sometimes I just can’t stop.
To improve my eating habits, I can try not to eat snacks between meals. Instead, I can eat fruits when I feel hungry. This way, I can stay healthy and have more energy for my studies and other activities.
