Yes, I think these poor eating habits are common among young people. Because they are often busy with schoolwork. Also, many young people don’t think that they need to worry too much about what they eat because they are young.

First, we should choose right food. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So we should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of chocolate, hamburgers and chips.
Second, different kinds of food help us keep healthy in different ways. So we should have different kinds of food, such as fruit, vegetables, eggs, milk, meat, fish and so on.

I have a good eating habit. I eat a good breakfast every morning. Breakfast is very important because it gives me energy for the day. I usually have eggs, bread, and milk for breakfast. This helps me stay focus in class.
However, I also have a bad habit. I eat between meals. I eat too many snacks or sweet things. They are not healthy because eating too many snacks is bad for my health, but sometimes I just can’t stop.
To improve my eating habits, I can try not to eat snacks between meals. Instead, I can drink water or eat fruits when I feel hungry. This way, I can stay healthy and have more energy for my studies and other activities.
