He walked into a newspaper office and told them about the bullying. His story went into the newspaper and soon all the TV stations in Canada wanted to talk to him about his experiences.
After that, Rob continued his studies at school, but in his free time he helped other people with bullying problems. With a friend Katie, he made a website called www.bullyingcanada.ca. People to the website can find advice, stories and poems about bullying, in both English and French. When people are upset, they can talk on the phone or online to Rob and his team. Every weekend Rob has to answer emails to the website. He also speaks to children, teachers and members of government (政府) around the country about bullying.
Rob's most important message is "When bullies are unkind to you, it isn't your fault. There's nothing wrong with you, so you should try to keep trusting yourself. And remember that there are people caring about your problems. You just have to find those people."
One of Rob's ideas is "Blue Day", a special day for stopping bullying in schools. Students have to wear blue clothes and in class they learn how to stop bullying. More than 150 Canadian schools now celebrate Blue Day, but Rob won't stop until there's a Blue Day in every school in Canada.

What is the reason for pain Pain hurts us, but could it be good for us Is pain in fact helpful
Pain is the body's way to tell us that something is wrong so that we stop what we are doing to protect the body. For example, if you break your leg, pain stops you from walking on it. If you didn't feel any pain, you would continue walking around and you could hurt your leg more. But why does it continue to hurt even after you stop walking on your hurt leg It is because your body needs you to rest so as to have the energy to mend (愈合) the broken leg.
But how does pain work We have special cells (细胞) in our eyes, and inside our bodies too. When something goes wrong, these cells send messages to the brain (脑). The brain then makes us feel
pain, so we will stop doing things causing the pain. Put your hand on a hot pan, and your hand's cells tell your brain. You are able to quickly move your hand away from the heat. At the same time, your brain gets the message that something is wrong and you need to care for your hand. It all happens in less than a second.
But did you know that the brain itself cannot feel pain In fact, when doctors cut into the brain, they do not let the person sleep. Because the person does not feel any pain in the brain, it is thought to be much safer if the person is awake while the doctor works.
27. Why is pain helpful sometimes according to the text
A. It teaches us about the way our bodies move and grow.
B. It reminds us to keep awake when doctors cut into the brain.
C. It tells doctors about problems with the body so that they can fix them.
D. It makes us stop the wrong things that we're doing to protect us.
28. What might happen to people who couldn't feel pain after they fell
A. Their lives would be easier. B. They would stand up quickly.
C. They would get hurt more. D. They would not afraid of falling.
29. Which of the following shows the structure of the text
30. What's the text mainly about:
A. How pain hurts our brains.
B. How doctors work on the brain.
C. How the brain moves our bodies.
D. How pain works to protect our bodies.

A Good Way to Relax
I often read books to relax. In my free time, I like to sit in a quiet corner of the library. Reading books can open up my mind. I can travel to different places and times through the stories. It also helps me keep calm and forget about the stress of study. For example, when I read a classic novel, I feel like I'm part of the characters' lives. Reading is really a great way to relax.
