It’s warm and dry, and the temperature is about 28 ℃.

1. How’s the weather in Australia?
(1)weather意为 “天气；气象”。当用于询问或谈论天气时，往往与定冠词the搭配使用。
询问天气: How’s the weather (in +地点)? = What’s the weather like (in +地点)?
回答: It’s +描述天气的形容词(sunny, cloudy, rainy/raining, snowy, ...).
多用 it 指代天气
Language points
【注意】raining和rainy的区别：“It’s raining.”表示说话人说话的时候正在下雨，而 “It’s rainy.”表示某段时间是阴雨天气，说话的时候可能在下雨，也有可能没下雨。
e.g. A: How’s the weather/What’s the weather like? 天气怎么样？
B: It’s raining. 下着雨呢。/It’s rainy. 是个阴雨天。
(2)weather一词前若有形容词限定或修饰时，不再与the搭配使用。
e.g. ①good/bad weather 好/坏天气
②cool/cold weather 凉爽的/寒冷的天气
