范文一:A Time I Felt Upset with My Friend

2. 这件事让你产生了怎样的情绪(如upset、worried等);
3. 你是如何解决矛盾的(需使用although引导的让步状语从句);

要求:80-100词
A Time I Felt Upset with My Friend
Last month, I felt really upset with my best friend, Lily. She borrowed my favorite comic book but forgot to return it for two weeks. I was worried the book might get lost, so I talked to her about it—but she got angry and said I was being too strict. That made me even more upset, and we didn’t talk for three days.
Although I was nervous to start the conversation again, I gathered courage to meet her after school. I said I cared about our friendship more than the book, and she apologized sincerely for forgetting. We made up right away.
This experience taught me that we should talk openly about our feelings so that we can avoid misunderstandings and keep our friendship strong.
范文二:How to Deal with Negative Feelings
请围绕“如何应对负面情绪”写一篇短文,内容需包含:
1. 列举2-3种青少年常见的负面情绪(如stressed、lonely等)及产生的原因;
2. 针对每种情绪给出具体的调节建议(需使用so that引导的目的状语从句);
3. 呼吁大家学会积极管理情绪,保持良好心态。
要求:80-100词
How to Deal with Negative Feelings
Teens often face negative feelings, and knowing how to handle them is important. First, many of us feel stressed when we have too much homework or exams. We can make a study plan so that we don’t leave work until the last minute and feel overwhelmed.
Second, some may feel lonely when their friends are busy. We can join a club or hobby group so that we can meet new people who share our interests. Sometimes, we might also feel sad about small failures—talking to parents or teachers can help so that we don’t keep the sadness to ourselves.
Negative feelings are normal. Let’s learn to deal with them wisely, and we’ll always stay in a good mood.
范文三:How to stay positive when we fail
Dear Li Hua,
I’m sorry to hear that you feel sad and blue because you lost the English competition. Don’t worry about it too much. I have some suggestions for you to stay positive.
First, you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself. Everyone may fail sometimes, and it’s not a big deal. Second, it’s a good idea to look on the bright side. You can learn a lot from this failure and know your weak points in English. Finally, you could practice more and prepare better for the next competition.

I believe these ways can help you a lot. Everything will be better soon, and you will succeed next time.
Yours,
Zhang Wei

2. 结合单元主题“处理情绪”,重点阐述从该经历中学会的情绪管理方法或成长感悟。

4. 字数不少于80词,文中不得出现真实人名、校名。
A Lesson in Managing Emotions
Last week, I had a terrible argument with my teammate Li Hua during a basketball game, and it became a valuable lesson in managing emotions. It happened when I missed a key shot, and Li Hua shouted at me, "You let the whole team down!" I felt so angry and embarrassed that I yelled back, "It's not just my fault!" Then I walked off the court and didn't talk to him for days.
After that, I felt lonely and couldn't focus on practice. My coach noticed and said, "Although Li Hua was rude, he just cared about the team. You won't fix the problem until you talk to him." I thought about his words and decided to find Li Hua. I apologized for my impulsive reaction, and he said he was sorry for shouting at me. We talked for a while and cleared the air.
This experience taught me a lot. I learned that controlling anger is important when working with others. Now, when I feel upset, I will take a deep breath first so that I won't say hurtful things. Growing up isn't just about getting older—it's about learning to understand others and manage my emotions.
范文五:你身边一定有许多帮助过、支持过你的人,你最想感谢的人是谁?请你以Li Hua的名义用英语为他(她)写封感谢信。

(一)
Dear Mum,
I want to thank you for being the most important person in my life. You always take the time to listen to me, even when you are tired after a long day at work.
Your love and care always make me feel warm and safe. I used to be very shy and afraid to speak in front of others. I never dared to join any class activities until you encouraged me. You told me that I was brave and talented, and you helped me practice my speeches again and again. Slowly, I grew more confident and even won a speaking competition last term.
I also want to thank you for being so kind and patient with me. When I failed my math test last month, I was very sad and didn't know what to do. I couldn't talk about my feelings to anybody until you sat with me after dinner. You listened to me and helped me go over the mistakes carefully, so that I felt much better. That day will always remain in my mind.
Thank you so much for being not only my mother but also my best friend.
Sincerely,
Li Hua
(二)
Dear Ms Li,
I want to thank you for being my English teacher. You always stayed after class to practice with me, although you had a lot of papers to grade.
Your patience changed my life. I used to think that speaking English was scary and embarrassing, and I always kept silent in class. I never raised my hand until you gave me the first chance to answer a question. You smiled at me and encouraged me to speak out, and slowly, I stopped being afraid of making mistakes.
I also want to thank you for believing in me. I was very nervous before the English speech contest. I was afraid to stand on the stage until you spent your lunch break practicing with me every day. You told me to take a deep breath so that I could calm down. Your words gave me the courage to try my best.
Thank you so much for being not only my teacher but also my cheerleader.
Sincerely,
Li Hua
