(1)用来连接两个相同的句子成分,该结构中的 also可省略。 当not only位于句首时,其后的部分要用倒装语序。

(2)not only... but also... 连接两个并列成分作主语时,谓语动词与其邻近的主语在人称和数上保持一致,即遵循“就近原则”。
