Sports can make you strong and relaxed.The Sports Club is on the school
playground every Friday afternoon.You can choose from basketball,football,
running and other activities.If you join,you will not only practise skills but also
learn the importance of teamwork.Sometimes we have small matches between
classes.It is a great way to have fun and keep healthy.
The Cooking Club is on Saturday moming in the school dining all.ou
can learn how to make healthy and tasty food,like salad,sandwiches and simple
dishes.Teachers will show you the cooking steps and give advice on healthy eating.
It is also a good chance to develop basic life skills and understand the importance
of eating well.
