一、定义:在一般现在时中,当句子以实义动词(如 eat、play、study 等表示具体动作的词)作谓语时,若要询问“动作是否发生”时,必须用Do/Does作为助动词引导一般疑问句。
(2) Do和Does 开头的一般疑问句及其回答
二、根据主语选择助动词:
1.当主语是第一人称(单 / 复数I,we)、第二人称(单 / 复数you)或者 第三人称复数(they,my friends,these cats...)时,助动词用do。
2.当主语是第三人称单数(he,she,it,Tom,the boy,my mother,a bird...)时,助动词用does。
3.当主语是不可数名词(water,rice...)时,助动词用does。
