本考点源自Unit 2 Grammar。这两个结构是现在完成时的重点和难点，也是期中考试的高频考点。正确区分它们的关键在于判断“是否已回来”以及“主语是谁”。
一、核心对比
have/has been to + 地点 have/has gone to + 地点
含义 “去过某地”（已回来） “去了某地”（未回来，可能在路上或已在目的地）
与次数连用 可以（如 twice, three times） 不可以
主语限制 无限制 主语不能是说话人自己（I 或 we）
例句 I have been to Beijing twice. (我去过北京两次，现在回来了) He has gone to Beijing. (他去了北京，现在不在这里)
经典例题解析：
例1：— Where is Tom — He ______ to the library.
A. has been B. has gone C. went D. goes 答案：B
解析：问Tom在哪里，说明他不在这里，所以用has gone to表示“去了某地未回”。
例2：I ______ to Shanghai three times. I know the city well.
A. have been B. have gone C. went D. go 答案：A
解析：后面说“我很了解这座城市”，说明已经回来了，且有次数，所以用have been to。

二、用法详解
1. have/has been to + 地点：表示“曾经去过某地”，现在已经回来。强调过去的经历，可以和次数连用（once, twice, three times等），也可以和ever, never, before等连用。
I have never been to the Great Wall. (我从未去过长城)
Have you ever been to Hangzhou (你曾去过杭州吗？)
2. have/has gone to + 地点：表示“去了某地”，现在还没有回来（可能在路上，也可能已经到了）。常用于第三人称，主语不能是I或we（因为自己不可能说“我去了某地而我现在不在说话现场”）。
She has gone to the supermarket. (她去超市了，还没回来)
They have gone to Shanghai on business. (他们去上海出差了)
三、易错点与温馨提示
易错点1： 不能混淆been to和gone to。当主语是第三人称且表示“不在现场”时用gone to；表示“有过经历”时用been to。
易错点2： gone to不能与次数连用。不能说“He has gone to Beijing twice.”
易错点3： 当主语是I时，一般用been to，不能说“I have gone to...”
易错点4： 当地点是副词（如there, here, home, abroad）时，省略to。例如：He has gone abroad. / I have been there before.
