一、核心区别对比
一般过去时：只说明过去发生的动作或状态，与现在没有直接联系。常与具体的过去时间状语连用。
现在完成时：强调过去动作对现在的影响或结果，或者动作从过去持续到现在。不与具体的过去时间状语连用。
对比示例：
I lost my key yesterday. (昨天丢了，可能已找到，与现在无关)
I have lost my key. (现在还没找到，进不去门)
She visited Beijing in 2019. (只说明2019年去了)
She has visited Beijing twice. (强调去过北京的经历，不关心具体时间)
二、时间状语对比
一般过去时的标志词： yesterday, last night/week/year/month, ...ago (two days ago), in 2010, just now, at that time, in the past, the other day等。
现在完成时的标志词： already, yet, ever, never, just, so far, up to now, recently, in the last few years, for + 时间段, since + 时间点等。
注意： 当句子中有明确的过去时间状语时，只能用一般过去时。
I have seen him yesterday. → I saw him yesterday.
三、语境判断技巧
技巧1：看时间状语 — 有具体过去时间用一般过去时；有already/yet/ever/never/for/since等用现在完成时。
技巧2：看语境强调 — 强调过去动作本身用一般过去时；强调对现在的影响或经历用现在完成时。
技巧3：看对话逻辑 — 当对话中提到“Have you ever... ”时，回答常用现在完成时或一般过去时（如果说明具体时间）。
技巧4：看since从句 — since从句用一般过去时，主句用现在完成时。
I have lived here since I was born. (主句现在完成时，从句一般过去时)

例1： — When ______ you ______ (buy) this book — I ______ (buy) it last week.
答案：did; buy; bought。解析：when提问具体时间，用一般过去时；回答有last week，也用一般过去时。
例2： I ______ (live) in this village for 10 years. I don’t want to leave.
答案：have lived。解析：for 10 years表示一段时间，且后文表明现在仍住在这里，用现在完成时。
例3： She ______ (visit) her grandparents yesterday.
答案：visited。解析：yesterday是具体的过去时间状语，用一般过去时。
例4： ______ you ______ (finish) your homework — Yes, I ______ (finish) it an hour ago.
答案：Have; finished; finished。解析：第一句询问是否完成，强调结果，用现在完成时；回答中an hour ago是具体过去时间，用一般过去时。
