How to Deal with the Problems in the Teamwork
Our school did a survey among 1,000 students on the topic of “How to Deal with the Problems in the Teamwork”.Here are the results.
20% of the students choose to ask teachers for help while 10% of the students like to solve problems by writing to the classmates.55% of the students like to talk about the problems face to face and the rest choose other ways to deal with the problems.
As for me, I like to talk about the problems face to face. Last month, I argued with my group member after a class discussion, We had different opinions about the same question and had a big fight after class. After that, l talked with her about my feelings and she understood me. We said sorry sincerely to each other and then made up.
From this experience, I learnt when we face problems, we should learn to communicate with others face to face and solve them together.

Last Friday afternoon, the weather was fine. There was a basketball match between our class and Class 2 in the playground. At first, I ran around and didn't pass the ball to my teammates because I didn't trust them at all. I kept on making mistakes and our team was about to lose. During the break, our team leader asked us to play as a team. I followed his advice and tried to believe in my teammates. In the end, we won. All of us felt happy.

Growth
Growing up means understanding important things to help us become better. For me, growth includes knowing the needs to share housework, the importance of communicating and the meaning of volunteering.
Sharing housework is necessary. Firstly, it lightens parents' burden. They work hard all day, and our help can give them a break. Secondly, it teaches us life municating matters a lot. When we talk openly, misunderstandings will disappear. On the one hand, it helps to build better relationships. On the other hand, it improves our expression ability. Volunteering is meaningful. When we help others, we spread love and care to make the world warmer. Also, it develops empathy.
In a word, these understandings guide me to grow into a more responsible and caring person.
