I know it can be difficult to follow many rules, but rules can be good for us. They help keep our lives organized and make sure that we are responsible. You can enjoy your life while following the rules.
First, try to understand the purpose of each rule. This might help you see the importance of some rules and make it easier to follow them.
Next, communicate with your parents about how you feel. Let them know that you understand the importance of rules, but you also need some freedom.
