30% of the food we eat should (应该) be rice and noodles. They are good for you. About 30% of the food we eat should be colourful vegetables. About 20% should be fruit, like apples, bananas or oranges. We should have an egg and some milk every day.
That is about 15%. Meat, chicken, and fish are healthy (健康的) food, too. But we should eat only about 5%. Sweets and cakes are yummy, but they are junk (垃圾) food. We should eat less.
