Eating healthy food is important to us. I'd like to introduce my three meals to you. For breakfast, I have bread and milk. They are good for us. I often eat rice, beef and vegetables for lunch. Sometimes I eat some fish. I also drink juice and eat yogurt. For dinner, I like dumplings, such as mutton and onion dumplings, beef and carrot dumplings. I think I have a healthy eating habit.
