Here's a simple, practical way to deal with emotions, in both English and Chinese:

Explanation of English language knowledge points
(1) fight （教材P22 1a）
①[动词]打架 fight with sb 和某人打架
Don’t fight with your brother. 不要和你的弟弟打架。
短语：get into a fight，意为 “吵架，打架”，同义短语：have a fight (with sb)
He had a fight with others yesterday. 他昨天与别人打架了。
②[名词]战斗；搏斗；斗争
(2) ①lonely 孤独的 ②living alone 独自生活 (教材 P22 1a)
lonely 形容词 “孤独的；寂寞的”，强调主观感受，指心里孤独，带有感彩。 “偏僻的”，通常用于名词前作定语，用来说明地方荒凉。 alone 副词 “独自；单独”，相当于 by oneself。 强调独自一人的客观情况，不含感彩。
形容词 “单独的；独自的”，常用作表语。 lonely adj. 孤独的；寂寞的 alone adv. 独自；单独

advise v. 建议；劝告
①advise sb (not) to do sth. 建议某人(不要)做某事

advice [不可数名词]建议
翻译句子：

(4) It’s hard to control our anger sometimes. (教材 P22 1b)
翻译句子：保持健康很重要。
It is important to keep healthy.
It’s + 形容词 + to do sth，意为 “做某事是…… 的”，it 为形式主语，真正主语是后面的 to do 不定式；
control 动词，意为 “控制，支配”；
anger 名词，意为 “愤怒，怒气”，形容词形式：angry。
(5) Although he was wrong, you hurt him too. (教材 P22 1b)
翻译句子：虽然他很累，但是他还是完成了作业。
Although he was very tired, he finished his homework.
although 连词，意为 “虽然，尽管”，引导让步状语从句，不能和 but 连用（用 although 就不用 but，用 but就不用 although）。
