Mike is a student in a middle school. He is very clever and always gets good grades. He also likes sports. He often plays basketball and football with his classmates after school.
One day, Mike’s teacher told him that there was going to be a math competition in the city. Mike was very excited and decided to participate. He studied very hard every day, and his parents also helped him to solve difficult problems.
Finally, the day of the competition arrived. Mike was nervous, but he tried his best. The questions were very challenging, but he managed to answer them all. When the results came out, Mike was surprised to find out that he had won first place.
Mike was very proud of himself and his parents were very happy for him. From that day on, Mike continued to study hard and participate in competitions. He knew that with hard work and determination, he could achieve anything he wanted.
