In a Beijing lab, a mother mouse is taking care of her newborn babies. This looks like a common scene, but it is actually very special. A new study from Nanjing University found that the dunes (沙丘) in western China’s deserts are moving more slowly now.
According to the study, dunes form in places with a lot of sand and little water. They change shape and move depending on how the wind blows.

In February 2026, an International Cultural Exchange Event was held in Malaysia. At the event, a Chinese cultural team used AR technology to show the history and making process of Xuan paper. This combination of tradition and modern technology attracted many foreign friends and helped Chinese traditional culture reach the world.
I was deeply moved and proud. It made me realize that technology can help traditional culture shine more brightly.
As teenagers, we can also play a role. We can use short videos, social media, or AR apps to share traditional culture with others. By learning about our culture and presenting it in creative ways, we help it stay alive and meaningful.
