On 26 December 2004, Tilly Smith, a 10-year-old English schoolgirl, and her family were on holiday in Phuket, Thailand. Everyone was enjoying the beautiful weather that morning. Thanks to her knowledge and quick thinking, one schoolgirl was able to save over 100 lives.
What is the ending of the story
In the end, Tilly was right about the coming tsunami. Her family and all the people on the beach were saved. No one died there, though the 2004 tsunami killed over 200,000 people. Tilly saved more than 100 lives with her knowledge and quick thinking.
