团队名称的寓意一般围绕团队愿景、精神内核、协作理念与行业特质展开，目的在于凝聚成员共识、塑造团队形象、激励集体行动，优秀的团队名既要有辨识度，也要承载深刻内涵。其核心寓意主要分为五类：追求卓越与梦想，彰显勇气与进取，倡导团结与协作，鼓励创新与探索，以及体现专业与智慧，每类都有对应的典型名称与精神指向。在为团队命名时，应遵循契合团队特质、激发团队士气、易于记忆传播、兼顾文化内涵的原则，让名称贴合团队使命与属性，积极正向且朗朗上口，同时兼具文化底蕴。一个寓意深刻、适配度高的团队名称，能有效统一团队价值观，增强内部凝聚力，并对外展现出鲜明的团队形象与精神内核。

We chose to use "Smart Stars" because stars are bright and shining, just like our creative and intelligent team.
At the bottom of the logo, you can see a line of our team motto: "Shine bright, work as one".
In the centre there is a glowing five-pointed star, with our team name written around it.

It means that we work together as a team to learn from each other and grow together.

We chose to use "Brave Bears" as our team name because bears are strong, brave animals that never give up easily. At the top of the logo, you can see our team name "Brave Bears" in bold, warm brown letters, which makes the name eye-catching and full of energy. In the centre there is a cartoon bear wearing a sports jersey, holding a torch to light the way. The bear's posture is full of courage, and the torch symbolizes hope and perseverance.
