Uproar in Heaven is a Chinese feature-length, colourful cartoon film. It is based on the popular character Sun Wukong from the Chinese classic Journey to the West. In the film, the emperor cheats Sun Wukong. Sun Wukong is so angry that he fights with fairies (仙子). He makes fun of them and gets them into trouble. The film is full of fun.
It is about 106 minutes long, which is divided into two parts. The first part was made in 1961, and the second part was made three years later.
