Have you ever tried moving like animals do? It’s a fun way to get your body moving. Even though most of these exercises are pretty easy, it will take some time to get used to doing them. Let’s try some simple animal exercises!








Frogs are known for their fantastic jumping ability. It’s not surprising that they have very powerful leg muscles. Squat(蹲) down, push off the ground with your legs, and jump forward like a frog. It can develop the leg muscles while increasing your upper body strength.
· The bear crawl
The bear crawl is the most basic animal movement. Your hands should be under your shoulders, and your arms and legs should be a little bent. Starting with this move will help you get used to putting your weight on your hands and will build up your upper body strength.

· Kangaroo jumps
The kangaroo has an incredible jumping ability. Unlike many other animals, it jumps close to the ground. This exercise is just like the low jump to develop your leg strength while improving your agility(敏捷性), balance, and core strength. Please stand up straight. Keep your hands in front of your chest and don’t move them. Use only your legs and feet to jump as high as you can.








The crab walk exercise helps strengthen the coordination ability of your all fours while getting you used to walking backward. Your shoulders and arms will also be strengthened as a result of this movement. You can start in a supine(仰卧的) position with your hands and feet on the ground. Have you ever tried moving like animals do ? It’s a fun way to get your body
moving. Even though most of these exercises are pretty easy , it will take some time to get used to doing them. Let’s try some simple animal exercises!
· Frog jumps
Frogs are known for their fantastic jumping ability. It’s not surprising that they have very powerful leg muscles. Squat(蹲) down , push off the ground with your legs , and jump forward like a frog. It can develop the leg muscles while increasing your upper body strength.
· The bear crawl
The bear crawl is the most basic animal movement. Your hands should be under your shoulders , and your arms and legs should be a little bent. Starting with this move will help you get used to putting your weight on your hands and will build up your upper body strength.
· Kangaroo jumps
