1. Beginning开头段

2. Body中间段
困难：Last month, I failed an important exam. I felt upset and didn’t know what to do. / When I struggled with..., I felt so stressed.上个月，我在一次重要的考试中失败了。我感到心烦意乱，不知道该怎么办。
帮助：You noticed my problem and helped me a lot. You gave me some useful advice and encouraged me to try again.你注意到了我的问题，给了我很多帮助。你给了我一些有用的建议，鼓励我再试一次。
