宾语从句可由疑问词(如how、why)引导。
宾语从句使用陈述语序(即“疑问词 + 主语 + 谓语 ”)

疑问词引导的宾语从句
特殊疑问句作宾语从句，用关联词who, what, which, how, when, where, why引导。
这些词在宾语从句中有其本身的含义，并充当一定的成分，不能省略。
1. I didn’t know how popular the paintings would become.
2. They help people understand why nature works this way.
3. The terms helped them understand why things happened at certain times, and how they should react.
宾语从句的语序：陈述语序。
宾语从句的时态：
如果主句是一般现在时，宾语从句可根据实际情况来选择时态；如果主句是一般过去时，宾语从句常用相应的过去时态。
当宾语从句表示客观事实或真理时，其时态不受主句限制，需要用一般现在时。
