Chinese hot pot is a delicious and popular dish in China. It is a very special way of cooking and eating food. Hot pot is filled with soup and is put in the middle of the table. People gather around the table and cook food in the soup. There are many choices such as meat, fresh vegetables and tofu. People choose their own food and put as much food as they like into the pot. Sharing a hot pot meat is a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends. People can enjoy the dished and share their stories with each other. They may forget about the dishes, but they will always remember the happy time together.
