一、物主代词
物主代词是表示所有关系的代词,分为形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词两种。
1. 物主代词的分类
物主代词 单数 复数

名词性物主代词 mine yours his hers its ours yours theirs
含义 我的 你的 他的 她的 它的 我们的 你们的 他/她/它们的
2. 物主代词的用法
类别 用法 举例
形容词性物主代词 相当于形容词,置于名词之前作定语。 Those are my tennis shoes. 那是我的网球鞋。
名词性物主代词 相当于名词,不能用于名词前,等同于“形容词性物主代词+名词”,在句中可作主语、宾语或表语。 This is your football. It’s not my football. = This is your football. It’s not mine.
这是你的足球。它不是我的(足球)。
be+名词性物主代词/sb.’s=belong to+人称代词宾格/sb. The badminton racket is Tony’s. It isn’t hers.=The badminton racket belongs to Tony. It doesn’t belong to her. 这个羽毛球拍是托尼的。不是她的。
二、频度副词
1. 频度副词的含义
频度副词是副词的一种,表示事情发生的频率。
2. 常用的频度副词及其频度差异
always(总是)>usually(通常)>often(经常)>sometimes(有时)>seldom( hardly ever) (很少;几乎不)>never(从不)
3. 频度副词的位置
频度副词通常放在实义动词前面。如果句子里有情态动词、助动词或系动词be,频度副词通常放在这类动词之后。但sometimes的位置灵活,可放在句首、句中和句末。如:
We seldom play basketball on weekdays. 我们很少在工作日打篮球。
Sometimes I go swimming on Saturday. 有时我周六去游泳。
拓展 (1)表示具体的频次可用“次数+a+时间单位(day/week/month/year/...)”结构。如: 
once a week 一周一次 twice a month一月两次 three times a year一年三次
注意:一次用once,两次用twice,三次以上用“基数词+times”。
(2)提问频率用how often。如:
—How often do you go to the sports centre 你多久去一次体育中心?
—Four times a month. 一月四次。
