一、什么是不完全爆破
6 个爆破音:
/p/ /b/ /t/ /d/ /k/ /g/
当爆破音 + 辅音(不是元音)连在一起时,前面的爆破音只摆口型、不送气、不发声,只停顿一下,这就叫不完全爆破。

二、最常见 3 种情况
1. 爆破音 + 爆破音
- sit down → si(t) down
- blackboard → blac(k)board
- good bye → goo(d) bye
2. 爆破音 + 摩擦音 /f v s z θ /
- don’t say → don’(t) say
- get through → ge(t) through
3. 爆破音 + 鼻辅音 /m n / 或舌侧音 /l/

三、简单口诀
遇辅音,不爆破,
只摆型,轻停顿,
后面音,接着说。
四、一句话总结
爆破音后面不是元音,就轻轻停一下,不读出来。

eg: Don’t drop it or it will break into pieces.

(2) get hurt 受伤

(1) worse and worse 越来越糟,是比较级and比较级…结构,意为“越来越······”。

(2)because of sth 因为某事
拓展 because因为,后面跟句子
(3)yet to come 尚未到来,即将来临
