Copenhagen (哥本哈根) is the capital of Denmark, but its closest city, Malm (马尔默), is actually in Sweden. Both cities are on the coast and are at opposite ends of the Oresund Bridge. Copenhagen and Malm are close to each other, but they are very different.
Malm is smaller and quieter than Copenhagen. It has a beautiful old town and the port is home to Sweden’s tallest building. However, if you’re a tourist and you want new experiences, Malm is perhaps not exciting enough. Copenhagen is certainly more lively, and has more cultural events than Malm .
However, things are also much more expensive in Copenhagen. In fact, many Danish families choose to live in Malm because the cost of living is lower there. Every day, they travel across the bridge to work in Copenhagen
In short, both cities are interesting and have a lot to offer visitors. Copenhagen is better for sightseeing and tourist activities. However, I think Malm is probably the best place to stay because hotels and food there are cheaper. It’s very easy to travel over to Copenhagen, so you can enjoy both the quieter Malm —and the more exciting Danish capital.

A.Malm . B.Copenhagen. C.Both cities. D.Neither city.
29.From the passage, what can we know about the two cities

C.Visit both cities but stay in Malm . D.Stay in Copenhagen because it’s more exciting.
31.Where can we read this article
A.a science book B.a travel magazine
C.a novel D.a website about history
D
The way we shop has changed a lot these years. We used to buy things in traditional stores. Now, we like shopping online.
You might think that online shopping is greener than in-store shopping. An online store does not use the electricity that a traditional store might use. But its influence on the environment is huge. For example, supermarket drivers often do 120 deliveries (递送) on an 80-kilometre round, producing 20 kilograms of CO2 in total, while a 21-kilometre drive to the store and back for one house would produce 24 times more CO2!
However, many home deliveries fail the first time and the driver has to make a second or third try to send the product. Pollution also goes up if the customer chooses to return the products. A study in Germany showed that as many as one in three online purchases are returned. According to another study, things worth nearly $326 million are returned each year in the USA.Two billion kilograms of these end up in rubbish bins, leading to 13 tons of CO2 being sent out. ★ Unlike in a walk- in store, the online shopper can’t try things on before buying. So, companies offer free return to make it easier for shoppers to buy the same kind of clothing in different sizes and colors. Customers try them at home, keep one and return the rest.
When we think about all the things, we realize that online shopping isn’t as green as people might think. That last kilometre to your door is expensive for companies and the environment.
32.How does the writer show the pollution of online shopping in Paragraph 2
A.By telling a story. B.By giving a speech.
C.By showing an example. D.By talking about an interview.
33.The underlined word “purchases” means ______.
A.things someone buys B.the best products
C.the big sales D.things someone likes
34.Which can be put back in ★
A.Old people prefer to buy things in stores.
B.Online shoppers don’t like to compare clothes.
C.However, some people never buy clothes online.
D.Clothing is one product that high return rates.
35.What does the passage mainly talk about
A.The convenience of online shopping.
B.The influence of online shopping on the environment.
C.The good points of traditional shopping.
D.The development of online shopping.

61.参考范文
Nowadays, the ecological balance has been seriously damaged. Animals and trees are in great danger.
Now many people kill animals for food and a large number of animals are hunted for money, such as lions, tigers, snakes and so on. I think people should not be allowed to hunt and kill animals. And it is a good idea to protect the homes of animals.
What’s more, many trees are cut down every year and there are often forest fires, which leads to the decrease of the number of trees. So I think it’s time to take measures. We should plant as many trees as possible. Besides, we should not use throwaway chopsticks and save paper.
Let’s work together to keep the balance between nature and humans.
