An elephant wants to make some friends. He sees a monkey in a tree and asks, “Can you be my friend ”
“You are too big. You can t swing (摇荡) in the tree like me.”
Then the elephant meets a panda. “Please be my friend,” he says.

Animals are important to us and they are our friends. But some of them are in great danger now. What can we do to help save them
Don't eat wild animals' meat. Some of us like to eat meat. But some meat may come from endangered(濒危的) animals. To save animals, don't eat their meat.
Don't wear clothes made of fur(毛皮). Sometimes people kill animals for their fur. If we don't buy clothes made of fur, people will not kill animals.

Would you like to go to a zoo five days a week In Cincinnati, the USA, some kids just do this—their school is at a zoo! Starting in 1976, Cincinnati Zoo Academy, a high school, gives classes at the Cincinnati Zoo.
________ Students there study subjects like maths and science. But each day, they also spend time learning and helping the zookeepers care for the animals. The Cincinnati Zoo has many different kinds of animals. The students feed the animals and clean out snakes or some other animals cages. They also need to take some tests about the zoo animals.
