Should we use smartphones
We can get many things from a smartphone. We can listen to music, talk to others, watch videos, play games, read books, buy things, book tickets and so on. It always gives us new things. Everyone likes smartphones. Now, students always use their parents' smartphones while they are at home. Some students learn on the phone, some play games on the phone, some watch videos and some listen to music. Some use smartphones too much.
Do you think the students who use smartphones too much are relaxed(放松的) Research shows(研究表明) that too much smartphone use in spare time can make people more stressed(焦虑不安).
So what should the students who use smartphones too much do
First of all, do sports with your friends or parents after school.
Secondly, go to bed earlier. Getting the right amount of sleep is very important to your health and studies.
