On the big day,Mr.Alvarez and I stood happily beside a plane.Dressed in a neat shirt,he held his cane tightly but
his hands stopped shaking,his eyes shining brighter than the sky above.With my help,he slowly climbed into the
passenger seat.As the plane took off,a bright,long-lost smile appeared on his face.He looked at the ground below,his
hands gently touching the window,as if touching the sky he had dreamed of for years.At that moment,I understood that
dreams do not retire-they wait for someone willing to carry them into the sky.
