About once a year, someone in my family gets the flu, and soon, everyone catches it. It is something many
families go through.
But there is another thing that can spread (传播) in a family even more often: moods. Studies show that being

Started in Wenchang, Hainan, the hot and sour (酸的) dregs vinegar soup has a history of about 500 years. It
has ingredients (食材) like sugar to make it very yummy, and is served with different vegetables and sea food. The
dregs vinegar hot pot appeared in a documentary (纪录片 ) in 2020, and then it became popular among people
across the country.
In Beijing, there is a dregs vinegar hot pot restaurant that is very famous. The owner of the restaurant says that
