be gone 消失;不见
表示一个人或事物从某个空间消失或离开。
其中be应与主语在人称和数上保持一致;gone 是动词go的过去分词形式,此处用作形容词,表示“走了,离开了,不在了”。
我的疼痛消失了。My pain is gone.
冬天已经过去,但天还很冷。Winter is gone , but it is still cold.
2. Hold on.别挂电话.
(1)hold on 别挂电话;等一等
①多用作电话用语,表示暂停对话,稍后给予回应.
等一下!我先拿一下书包。
Hold on! Let me get my bag first.
②坚持住,挺住(多用于鼓励某人继续做某事等)
坚持住!一切都会好的。Hold on! Everything will be fine.
③抓住;不放开
抓住,别掉了。Hold on. Don’t drop it.

voice,sound,noise的区别
voice n.(人的)嗓音、说话声
She has a very sweet voice.她有着非常甜美的嗓音。
sound n.(泛指一切)声音
I can hear the sound of birds.我能听到鸟儿的声音。
noise n. 噪音,喧闹声
Please don’t make so much noise.请不要制造这么多噪音。

(1)Could sb do sth 某人可以做某事吗
表示委婉、客气地请求。
接受别人的请求通常用答语:

拒绝别人的请求常用答语:
Sorry,...can't. (抱歉,……不能)

(2)could[情态动词]
(没有人称和数的变化,必须和动词原形-起才能作谓语。)

②能(can的过去式,表示过去的能力)

tell sb to do sth 告诉某人做某事
其否定形式为tell sb not to do sth,意为“告诉某人不要做某事”。

我们的老师和父母总是告诉我们不要去河里游泳。

may[情态动词]无人称和数的变化
①可以(表示请求许可或许可)
“May I ... ” 意为 “我可以...吗 ”,答语通常用can/can’t,而不用may.
-我可以用用你的钢笔吗 May I use your pen
当然可以,给你。/对不起,你不能。我正在用。
-Sure, you can. Here you are./Sorry, you can't. I'm using it.
②可能(表示可能性或推测。)
例句:明天可能会下雨。It may rain tomorrow.
