What（内容）
本课时包含 Project 制作周末时间表与 Reading time 小故事。Project 围绕时间与日常活动展开，包含听辨匹配、讨论计划方法、制作并分享个人时间表；Reading time 讲述 Sam 从不合理作息到学会规划时间的故事。

巩固时间与日常活动的英语表达。
培养学生规划时间、遵守计划的习惯。

听录音，匹配 Zhang Peng 的周日活动与时间。
小组讨论：How can you keep to your schedule 答：Set an alarm clock. Ask parents for help. Check the schedule.
学生制作自己的周末时间表。
