A healthy and balanced diet(饮食)is good for you.It can make you strong and happy.But not all food is good for your health.Here is a list of things that you can or cannot do to have a healthy body.
Drink some water after you get up in the morning every day.It can help you clear your body.It’s not right if you always do not have breakfast.Breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
Eat plenty of(大量)fruits of all colours.Choose whole fruits rather than fruit juice.You can only drink one small glass of fruit juice every day.
It’s also important to remember that fat is a necessary part of our diet(饮食).We should choose food with healthy fat,such as fish,nuts and healthy oil from plants.You shouldn’t eat food high in fat.
Each kind of food has different nutrients(营养物).For example,milk,cheese and fish are good for your teeth.Then,carrots and eggs are good for your eyes.
Remember,you can do nothing without a healthy body.You can ask your parents for a healthy diet.They know what is good for you.

★概念:在句中提供两个或两个以上可能的答案供对方选择的问句叫作选择疑问句。回答时选什么答什么。在口语中,选择疑问句的语调应是or前用升调↗,or后用降调↘。
