anyone. But I knew I had to find a way to feel better.
First, I took a deep breath. Breathing deeply helped me calm down. Then, I talked to my mum
about the test. She hugged(拥抱) me and said, “It’s okay to make mistakes. Just try harder next time.”
Her words made me feel loved and gave me hope.
Next, I decided to do something fun. I drew a colourful picture and played with my dog. Laughing at his silly tricks made my bad feelings disappear. Later, I thought about what went wrong with my test. I realized I didn’t practise enough, so I made a plan to study more.
That day, I learned that bad feelings didn’t last(持续) forever. When I’m upset, I can take a deep

I’m a common schoolgirl. Everyone feels sad or angry sometimes, and so do I. I remember last
Friday when I failed my math test, I felt terrible. My heart was heavy, and I didn’t want to talk to
When I’m upset, I can take a deep
breath, talk to someone, or do something I enjoy. Most importantly, I should never give up. Every
problem has a solution if I stay positive and keep trying.

Ⅶ. 【高分范文】
In my opinion, we should ask our parents for help from time to time, especially when we meet
difficult problems.
First of all, some problems are not only too difficult for us to solve, but also may
make us feel worried. Secondly, parents are usually more experienced than we are. When we meet problems, they can give us useful advice so that we can solve the problems more quickly. Thirdly, we can develop our own ways of thinking by learning from the problems and our parents’ advice.
Parents usually have better suggestions for us, so we can learn problemsolving skills from parents and use them in our own life.
