  We have many rules in our school. Some are good for us, I think, but others are not. For example, we must wear school uniforms every day. So we can just focus on our school work. However, as for “It’s not allowed to bring mobile phones to school”, I don’t think it’s a good rule. Nowadays mobile phones are really necessary in everyday lives. I think the rule can be changed a little like this “It’s not allowed to use mobile phones in class.”
  We do need some rules both in schools or families. They are very helpful for us to make fewer mistakes. But it is better for teachers or parents often to sit down and listen to our ideas about rules.

Rules or laws are good ways to control some bad behaviour(行为). It is common that someone plays music on his or her mobile phone loudly when you are taking public transportation(交通). Sometimes the peaceful environment will be broken when others make noises with their mobile phone. It brings rather terrible experiences and feelings. So a rule has been made to stop such impolite actions.
  When you are in public places, it is hard not to be influenced by others who play or talk on their mobile phones loudly. 一、祈使句
1.肯定祈使句的形式
(1)Do型祈使句: 动词原形(+宾语)+其他成分.
Please have a seat here. 请这边坐。
(2)Be型祈使句: Be+表语(名词或形容词)+其他成分.
Be a good child! 要做一个好孩子!
(3)Let型祈使句: Let+宾语+动词原形+其他成分.
Let me help you. 让我来帮你。
2.否定祈使句的形式
(1)Do型和Be型的否定式都是在句首加Don’t。
Don’t forget me! 不要忘记我!
Don’t be late for school! 上学不要迟到!
(2)Let型的否定式有两种。
①Don’t+let+宾语+动词原形+其他成分.
②Let +宾语+not+动词原形+其他成分.
Don’t let him go. /Let him not go. 别让他走。
(3)有些可用No开头,用来表示禁止的祈使句。
No smoking! 禁止吸烟!
二、情态动词can、have to与must
1.can的用法
(1)表示能力,意为“能;会”。
Tom can speak Chinese. Tom会说汉语。
(2)表示请求或许可,意为“可以”。
Can I read your newspaper? 我可以看一下你的报纸吗?
(3)表示推测,意为“可能”,常用于否定句或疑问句。
Tom can’t be at home. Tom不可能在家里。
2.have to的用法
have to表示客观需要,意为“必须,不得不”,后接动词原形,意为“必须做……,不得不做……”,否定形式为don’t have to,意为“不必”,且have to有人称、数和时态的变化,其第三人称单数形式为has to。
She has to go home. 她不得不回家。
3.must的用法
must表示主观的义务和必要,主要用于肯定句和疑问句中,意思是“必须,得,要”,mustn’t表示“不准;禁止”。
You mustn’t talk to your mother like that. 你不能那样跟你妈妈说话。
