  Healthy eating habits along with regular exercise is the only way to become fit. If we have the correct number of calories(卡路里) and exercise regularly, we will lose weight, keep fit and feel great too.

一、选择疑问句
1.选择疑问句的两种形式
(1)一般疑问句A or B?

(2)特殊疑问句, A or B?

选择疑问句不能用yes或no来回答,而应该根据实际情况作答。

二、可数名词和不可数名词
1.可数名词
可数名词是可以用数目来计算的名词。它有单数和复数之分,可数名词可以直接用不定冠词a/an, many或具体数字来修饰。复数通常以s或es结尾,还有不规则变化的名词,如child的复数是children。
【注意】可数名词单数作主语时,谓语动词用第三人称单数形式;可数名词复数或多个可数名词单数并列作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式。

2.不可数名词

(1)表示不可数名词的量要借助“a/an+表示量的词+of”结构;变复数时把表示量的词改为复数即可。如:a cup of tea一杯茶,three cups of tea三杯茶。
(2)单独作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式;当“数词/表示数量的形容词+表示量的名词+of+不可数名词”这一结构作主语时,谓语动词的单复数要和表示量的名词保持一致。
(3)有的名词既可以作不可数名词,也可以作可数名词。如:hair泛指“头发”时是不可数名词;如果指“一根头发”时,就是可数名词,two hairs表示“两根头发”。
