三、阅读理解(每题 2 分,共 26 分)
(一)阅读下列几则建议,请根据人物的问题匹配最合适的建议,并将建议所对应的 A、B、
C、D 选项填在相应位置上。选项中有一项为多余选项。
A. Try a New Hobby
If you feel bored on weekends, picking up a new hobby can be a great idea. It doesn't have
to be expensive or difficult. You could try painting, gardening, learning to cook a simple dish,
or even bird watching. Hobbies help you relax and learn new skills. They also give you
something fun to look forward to in your free time.
B. Break It Down
Do you often feel stressed because you have too many tasks A good method is to write
everything down and break big tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Focus on one small
step at a time instead of thinking about the whole mountain of work. This makes even the
largest project feel less overwhelming.
C. Get Enough Sleep
Many teenagers stay up late playing games or chatting online. However, not getting enough
sleep can make you feel tired and unable to concentrate in class. Try to set a regular
bedtime and keep your phone away from your bed. A good night's sleep can greatly
improve your mood and your grades.
D. Active Listening
When you talk to your friends, do you really listen to them Or are you just thinking about
what you want to say next Practice active listening by looking at the person and really
focusing on their words. This will make your friendships stronger and help you understand
others better.
[21] _______ I always have a lot of homework and projects. I feel stressed and don't know
where to start.
[22]________ My weekends are so boring. I just watch TV and sleep. I want to do
something fun and meaningful.
[23]________ I often feel sleepy during the day and can't focus on what the teacher is
saying.

Max was walking home from school when he noticed something shiny on the ground near
a bench. He picked it up and found it was a beautiful silver bracelet with a small
heart-shaped charm. It looked expensive and special. He looked around, but there was no
one nearby.
Max put the bracelet in his pocket and continued walking home, but he felt uneasy. At
dinner, his mother noticed he was quiet. "What's wrong, Max " she asked. Max pulled out
the bracelet and explained where he had found it. "Someone must be very sad to lose this,"
he said.
His mother nodded and suggested, "Why don't we post a message on the community
notice board We can just say 'Found bracelet near the park bench' and give my phone
number. The real owner will be able to describe it."
The next day, a woman named Mrs. Chen called. She described the bracelet perfectly,
including the small scratch on the back of the heart. When Max returned it to her, she had
tears in her eyes. "This was a gift from my grandmother," she said. "I thought I had lost it

On March 20, 2025, a new chapter in China's space exploration began with the
successful launch of the Tianzhou 8 cargo spacecraft. The mission's primary goal is to
deliver crucial supplies and equipment to the Tiangong space station in preparation for the
upcoming Shenzhou XIX crew.
Tianzhou 8 is carrying over 6 tons of cargo. This includes daily necessities such as fresh
fruits, vegetables, and specially prepared meals for the astronauts. More importantly, it is
transporting key components for scientific experiments, including materials for studying fluid
physics in microgravity and a new set of external cameras for monitoring the station's
exterior.
The cargo ship is also carrying a unique payload: several boxes of fruit fly eggs. Scientists
on the ground are eager to see how the microgravity environment affects the life cycle and
genetic makeup of these fruit flies over multiple generations. The results could provide
valuable insights into the long term effects of space travel on living organisms. The mission
ensures that the Tiangong space station remains well stocked and ready for the next team
of astronauts to continue their important work.
27. What is the name of the cargo spacecraft mentioned in the passage
A. Tianzhou 7. B. Shenzhou XIX. C. Tianzhou 8. D. Tiangong 3.
28. Why are fruit fly eggs being sent to the space station
A. As a source of food for the astronauts. B. To test new life support systems.
C. To study the effects of space on life forms. D. To see if fruit flies can escape into
space.
29. What is the main purpose of the Tianzhou 8 mission
A. To bring a new crew to the station. B. To deliver supplies and experiment
equipment.
C. To fix a broken part of the station. D. To launch a new telescope into space.

The use of smartphones has exploded in the last decade, and with them, the use of social
media apps. While these platforms promise to connect us, a growing body of evidence
suggests they are having a deeply negative effect on the mental health of teenagers, and I
believe it is time for a major rethink of how young people interact with them.
First, social media creates an environment of constant comparison. Teenagers scroll
through carefully curated feeds of their peers looking happy, successful, and beautiful. This
leads to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. They are comparing their everyday,
sometimes messy reality with everyone else's "highlight reel." This pressure to look perfect
online can be exhausting and damaging.
Second, the addictive nature of these apps is no accident. They are designed by clever
engineers to keep you scrolling for as long as possible. Notifications, "likes," and infinite
scrolling are all psychological tricks to hijack your attention. This means less time for sleep,
for homework, for playing sports, and for having real, face to face conversations with family
and friends. True connection is being replaced by shallow interaction.
Third, cyberbully is a serious problem that is made worse by social media. In the past,
bullying mostly stopped when a child got home from school. Now, hurtful messages and
embarrassing photos can follow them everywhere, invading the safety of their own bedroom.
The anonymous nature of some platforms also makes bullies feel braver and more cruel,
leading to severe emotional distress for the victims.
Finally, social media can promote an unhealthy and unrealistic body image. Many photos
are heavily edited and filtered, presenting a standard of beauty that is impossible to achieve
in real life. This can lead to eating disorders and a constant dissatisfaction with one's own
appearance among both girls and boys.
In conclusion, while social media has some benefits, its dangers to teenage mental health
are too significant to ignore. We need more education for young people on how to use
these tools healthily, and parents should have open conversations with their children about
what they see and do online. It's time to take control of our digital lives, not let them control
us.
30. What does the underlined word "They" in Paragraph 2 refer to
A. The smartphones. B. The social media platforms.
C. The teenagers. D. The curated feeds.
31. Which of the following sentences can be put into the blank in the fifth paragraph
A. Fourth, social media helps teenagers make new friends easily.
B. Fourth, many parents are not aware of what their kids do online.
C. Fourth, social media can negatively affect how teens see their bodies.
D. Fourth, cyberbullying is the only serious problem caused by social media.
32. Which of the following ideas would the writer agree with
A. Social media is a harmless way for teenagers to relax.
B. The design of social media apps makes it hard to stop using them.
C. Teenagers should completely stop using any form of social media.
D. Cyberbullying is less harmful than bullying in person.
33. What's the writer's main purpose of writing the passage
A. To encourage more teenagers to join different social media platforms.
B. To explain how to become popular on social media.
C. To discuss the negative effects of social media on teenagers' mental health.
D. To compare the features of different smartphone apps.

四、阅读表达(第 34-36 题每题 2 分,第 37 题 4 分,共 10 分)
阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。
Have you ever noticed how much food goes to waste in your school cafeteria A teenager
from California named Maria Rose Belding noticed this problem when she was just 14
years old. She saw piles of perfectly good food being thrown away every day, while many
people in her community struggled to find enough to eat. She decided she had to do
something about it.
Maria didn't just feel sad about the waste; she took action. She started by talking to her
school's cafeteria manager and learned that they couldn't donate the leftover food because
it was hard to coordinate with local food banks in time. So, Maria used her computer skills
to build an online platform called MEANS (Matching Excess And Need for Stability). This
database allows grocery stores, restaurants, and schools to post when they have excess
food available. Nearby charities and food banks can then claim it and arrange for a quick
pickup.
The platform has been a huge success. Since it started, MEANS has helped redirect
millions of pounds of food from landfills to people in need across the United States. It not
only fights hunger but also helps the environment, as food waste in landfills produces a
harmful greenhouse gas called methane.
Maria's work proves that age is just a number when it comes to making a difference. "You
don't need to be an expert," she says. "You just need to see a problem and be willing to try
and solve it."
34. What did Maria Rose Belding notice in her school cafeteria
35. Why couldn't the cafeteria donate the leftover food before Maria's solution
36. What are the two benefits of Maria's MEANS platform
37. What do you think of Maria's action Why Write 30 words or more.

五、文段表达(参考范文)
38. My Healthy Lifestyle
I have a very healthy lifestyle. First, I have good eating habits. I eat a lot of fresh
vegetables and fruit every day, and I hardly ever have junk food like hamburgers or chips.
Second, I do exercise regularly. I enjoy playing basketball with my friends after school and I
go for a run every Sunday morning. These habits bring me many benefits. They keep me fit
and energetic, and they also help me focus better in class. I think a healthy life is the best
gift I can give myself.
39. Should Students Do Community Service or Not
Our class held a discussion about whether students should do community service or not.
Here are the results.
Some students think it's a great idea. They believe community service helps develop a
sense of social responsibility. It also allows them to learn practical skills outside the
classroom, like cleaning and organizing. What's more, it's a good chance to make new
friends.
However, other students disagree. They say they are already under great study pressure
and have no free time for it. Some worry about safety issues during certain activities. They
also feel they are too young to do meaningful service.
In my opinion, doing community service is very valuable. As long as we plan our time well
and stay safe, it can be a wonderful experience that benefits both others and ourselves.
