写一篇环境问题的报道
UNIT 3 ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION
写有关环境问题的报道要注意以下几个方面：
1．以事实为依据，对事实给予明确的、实事求是的叙述；
2．要有明确的文章结构；
3．语言要具体、准确、简练，通俗易懂。
写作方法：
1．首先要点明问题，问题出现的原因及危害；
2．解决问题的可行的措施和办法；
3．提出建议并表达希望。

Step 1　审题谋篇
[审题]
1．确定文体：这是一篇报道，写作中应注意报道的特点。
2．主体时态：文章应以一般现在时和一般过去时为主。
3．主体人称：由于文章是写关于旅游胜地东湖的污染及治理情况，所以人称应该以第三人称为主。
[谋篇]
第一段：介绍东湖以前的情况。
第二段：东湖的污染情况。
第三段：采取措施，改善后的情况。

Unfortunately，large quantities of waste water from factories around kept being poured into it day and night.Moreover，rubbish was often thrown into it by the visitors，which polluted the lake seriously.
The local government realised the dangerous situation and has taken some effective measures to address the issues.The factories have been forbidden to pour waste water into the lake and the visitors are not allowed to throw rubbish into it.It is believed that the measures will restore the lake's former beauty.
