Luis, Camila, and their three children find ways to stay healthy together. Camila shares their story.
Some days it’s hard to motivate the kids and ourselves to get moving, especially after a long day at school and work. On weekdays, we just do small activities at home: we do push-ups while watching TV. Sometimes we do a few dance moves before bedtime. On weekends, we ride bikes or throw a ball around in the park. We all have fun, and doing exercise helps the kids sleep better and focus at school.
Besides exercise, we focus on healthy eating. But making healthy meals everyone likes is not easy! Our solution is to plan meals together and get the kids involved in the kitchen. Every weekend, the kids help us make a meal plan and write a shopping list of everything we need. It helps us stay on budget, and the kids can choose what they want to eat.
On our busy days, we work together to prepare meals in advance. The kids help prepare some healthy snacks, and we cook simple dishes like baked fish or boiled eggs. At last, we store them in the fridge for easy heating, so we can eat a balanced meal fast after work.
We love how these simple habits bring us closer while keeping everyone happy and healthy. It’s amazing how these little changes can make such a big difference in our family’s life!

Imagine it’s 2060. You are over 40 years old, have a job, and a family. As you get ready for work, you stand in front of your mirror. “Turn red,” you say. In no time, your shirt changes color from sky blue to deep red! This magic happens because tiny smart electronics (电子器件) inside the shirt make the color change.
Next, you go into the kitchen to get breakfast. You pick up your cereal (麦片) box. Suddenly, your shoes speak up in a clear voice: “To lose weight, you shouldn’t eat that.” How do they know They read the special electronic code (电子代码) on the cereal box and check the nutrition (营养) information. You put the box down and ask the kitchen for advice. The kitchen looks at the food you have, and then a list of good breakfast choices appears on its screen right away.
Now it’s time for you to go to work. Your car scans your fingerprint (指纹) and unlocks (解锁). The car drives itself smoothly onto the road and joins the busy traffic on the highway. You sit back, relax, and enjoy your electronic newspaper.
“Are you ready for your trip to space ” you ask your son and daughter. You tell them that long ago, in 2005, only trained spacemen went to space. Now, everyone can go for fun vacations! The kids are so surprised. Looking at them, you smile to yourself and think about what more surprises the next 40 years will bring—maybe humans will even be able to live on other planets and explore the space with their families.

第四部分综合技能(共两节,满分25分)
第一节任务型阅读(共5小题:每小题2分,满分10分)
阅读下面短文,根据短文内容回答问题。
It is necessary to share your feelings with others. Sharing your feelings helps you get closer to people you care about and who care about you.
Sometimes it can be really hard not to tell anyone that you’re feeling sad, worried, or upset. Don’t keep feelings to yourself. If that, it can even make you feel sick!
But if you talk with someone who cares for you, like your mom or dad, you will not be all alone with your problems or worries. It doesn’t mean your problems and worries go away, but at least someone else knows what your trouble is and can help you find ways to do with it.
If the person doesn’t understand what you mean right away, try explaining it in a different way or give an example that has something to do with you. There are many ways for you to speak up your feelings. If you think you’ll have problems saying what’s on your mind, write it down on a piece of paper.
Some of us, just like some adults, are more private (内敛的) than others. That means some people will feel shy about sharing their feelings. A kid doesn’t have to share every feeling he or she has, but it is important to share feelings when a kid needs help.
56.Why is it necessary to share feelings with others
57.What may happen if you keep feelings to yourself
58.Will your problems and worries go away after sharing your feelings
59.Besides talking, what is another way to speak up your feeling
60.Will you share feelings when you need help Why or why not

Second, regarding the arguments with your mom, it’s important to communicate openly. She might not realize how her words affect you, so try to express your feelings calmly and explain your situation.
