During the meal, Mike felt terrible. “Is there any seafood in the food ” he asked nervously. Julie
said, “I think there was shrimp in the dumplings.”
“Oh no, I’m allergic to seafood!” Mike cried. His friends rushed him to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor gave him medicine right away. When he felt better, she gave him
advice. Mike promised, “I’ll be more careful and take better care of myself from now on.” It was a
day he’d never forget.

I totally understand how you feel. Studying all the time can make you tired, and it’s really
necessary to relax properly. In my free time, I usually listen to soft music, do some outdoor sports, or
read interesting books. They help me relax and improve my study efficiency.
As for your mum, I think you should communicate with her patiently instead of arguing. Tell
her that you need proper free time to relax, and you will study harder after resting. If you find it hard
to talk face to face, a letter may be helpful. I believe she’ll understand you. (100 word)
